Wedding Season With Muee

Nothing can be more beautiful than getting married to the person you love while the sun slowly reaches the surface of the sea during a warm, summer afternoon. I find weddings during this time of year to be extremely serene and romantic.I have always dreamed of the perfect summer wedding myself, watching the clouds as they slowly change colors, deeping your toes in the sand, breathing the salty air and of course, being wrapped in the most flattering -flowy wedding dress.

As the hunt for the most divine wedding dress starts pretty early for us women I thought this month would be a great opportunity to share some of my favorite wedding gowns along with a few quick tips I learned over the years in fashion school and through personal research about which fabrics, patterns and lengths can complement your body the best way possible no matter your size.

Focus on finding the best silhouette for you
When we think about wedding dresses instantly the Ballgown type pops up in our heads. Even though a lace ball gown wedding dress may make you feel like a princess you should avoid it if you are a petite girl like myself. This type of dress looks impeccable on a pear shaped woman since it hides the lower part of your body. If you the idea of "fairy tale" gowns excites you take a look at these Vintage wedding dresses . Moving all to the A-line type of dresses that can flatter literally any body type. This strapless lace A-line dress is my ultimate favorite from this category because of the ivory lacing that goes with it. Next the Trumpet silhouette which is something we see a lot on instagram lately. This particular shape shows of the stomach and hip aria which is perfect for hourglass and petite figures with small waists but rather unflattering on pear and apple shaped girls. You can find a few dreamy, trumpet style lace wedding dresses on Muee as well. Lastly my personal favorite type, mermaid. This type of dress is the best choice for slender frames and hourglass shaped women. Take this lace strap mermaid wedding dress as the perfect example of how to show off your curves.

Pick a fabric that will make you feel comfortable
Fabrics play a major role to the over all  "vibe" of your wedding. White and blush lace (see here) is known to be very romantic, vintage and sometimes bohemian and during this time of the wear , very light and easy to move around as well. As we are currently in the heart of summer beach wedding dresses are definitely one of the most relevant searches and I completely understand why. Chiffon (see here) is also a great choice for hot weather due to its lightweight and easy movement especially if you are looking for more simple, quite styles for your special day. Last for this season is charmeuse .This lightweight ,sheer type of fabric can give a whole new luxurious vibe to the whole wedding.
